RAISE stands for Renewal by Andersen In Support, Every Day. At Southard, it’s our way to come together, and give back—in support of education, in support of encouragement, and in support of empowerment. When the chips are down, when the need is high, we lift each other up. We raise.
We’re proud to serve our communities across Kansas, Nebraska, and Ohio, and from coast to coast. 

We work in partnership with the American Cancer Society to raise funds, share awareness, and stand United Against Cancer. We cheer on our local sports teams, like Major League Volleyball’s Columbus Fury and Omaha Supernovas, and the National Arena League’s Omaha Beef. We share in the excitement and promise of our local youth sports programs. And we work to maintain and upgrade the homes of our neighbors who could use an extra set of hands.
We’re always looking to champion the causes of our colleagues and our communities. Whether it’s helping to collect food or serve a hot meal, volunteering at a local pet shelter, or bolstering the growth of small hometown businesses, we stand ready and willing. 

That’s what RAISE is all about.
